Terms of Service – Property Sales

Registration fee is payable before inspection.

The property owner hereby authorizes O’bajul Empire Ltd to market, advertise, and secure buyers for the above-listed property.

A valid Power of Attorney or Written Authorization Letter is required to allow O’bajul Empire Ltd represent the owner in negotiations and legal processes.

All payments for the property shall be made directly to the property owner or into an agreed account, with the assurance that O’bajul’s commission shall not be waived.

Commission on sales is 5% of the final selling price, payable immediately upon completion of the transaction.

Owners shall not engage in separate agreements with other agents or third parties without notifying O’bajul Empire Ltd.

Any breach of this agreement attracts a review or possible termination of engagement.
