The property owner hereby grants O’bajul Empire Ltd full authority to deal directly with tenants on their behalf.
A valid Power of Attorney must be executed in favor of O’bajul Empire Ltd to enable us legally manage the property.
The engagement agreement shall remain valid unless terminated by either party with a minimum of one (1) year written notice.
All rental payments must be made either through O’bajul Empire Ltd or directly to the landlord, with the assurance that O’bajul’s commission shall not be waived.
Management service attracts 10% of the total rent collected per tenancy cycle.
Owners shall not engage in separate agreements with tenants or third parties without notifying O’bajul Empire Ltd.
Any violation of this agreement attracts a review or possible termination of management service.
